Whelping Pads/supplies

Whelping Box Pads: (approx. 47 x 47, fits inside a traditional 48 inch square whelping box or a 42 x 42 inch bottomless box that is set on top of padding):

$60 includes single pattern top and typically a solid coordinating color bottom. No batting or 1/4 inch batting.

Add $10 to make it Patchwork (multiple large blocks of patterns & solids sewn together to form top)

Add $5 to add a breed Silhouette (PWDs in Lion and Retriever always available, please inquire about other available breeds). Add $3 to add markings to the dog.

Add $15 to include a layer of absorbent “Stay Dry Wicking Fabric” under the top layer of fleece.

*Please note if you add the Stay Dry Wicking Fabric I will not use batting as it makes the bed very heavy and takes longer to dry.

Add $25 to add a layer of PUL fabric (provides a barrier between wetness and floor. PUL is sewn between the fleece layers.

Add $10 to $20 for embroidery of you Kennel name.

Add $5 to add Velcro Squares in the four corners

*Please note that we make the whelping pad with no batting or the thinnest batting as many breeders do not want it to be too cushiony so that the dam can feel a puppy if it is underneath her.
** All other sizes (markedly smaller or larger) will be quoted per request.

Puppy Snuggle Sacks:

Puppy Snuggle Sacks are perfect for during delivery, puppy transport, while you are cleaning the whelping box, or any other occasion where you need pups to be snuggly warm and safe.

Puppy Snuggle Sacks: (approx. 23 x 14 with a three inch flap closure):

$30 includes single pattern outside and typically a solid coordinating color inside.

Puppy Blankies:

Get your Puppy Blankies before your litter is born...or within the first week(s). Not only are they perfect to send home with new puppies but they are perfect for use for identification while taking puppy “growth” pictures. We have all taken photos of our puppies and tried to identify which puppy it is, we use signs, collars, and some just your memory! Why not take those milestone photos on a Puppy Blankie? The top of the blankie is a fleece pattern while the bottom is the color that is assigned or coordinates with a puppy’s collar. The blankies do not have batting so they are easy to use for all sorts of photos....yet the puppy is easily identifiable based on the color blankie he is being photographed on.
